Corporate Yoga is designed for the busy executive and support staff. The instructor will come to the office. The program includes in-depth practice of sitting, standing and supine poses and their benefits to transforming stress. Breathing and meditation methods are also explored to reduce stress. The program runs for eight weeks, with one hour sessions weekly. Times are chosen by the business. The cost is $1200.00, due in full one week before the first session.
