Pregnancy Yoga includes in-depth practice of sitting, standing and supine poses and their benefits to pregnant women. Dyna exercise bands will also be used to build overall strength. A fifteen to twenty minute relaxation is provided at the end of each class. The workshop runs for eight weeks, with sessions of 1 1/2 hours weekly. The cost is $220.00, non-refundable, due in full two weeks before the first session. Cost of class includes the video "Yoga for Pregnancy & Fitness." Harvard Community Health Plan members receive 10% off initial 8 weeks of pre natal yoga.
